The Morman Funeral Home originally began as the Gerber Funeral Home in the Fall of 1939 and has never moved from its present location. James Morman and his wife Elizabeth moved into the upstairs apartment of the funeral home in 1998. In 2000 James took over management of the firm and in 2003 became its owner, They currently reside on Clark Street in Wakeman with their three children and Elizabeth's Mother, Judy.
